If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours or if there are 48 hours of consecutive downtime, a full refund will be provided.
2. Refund Requests
- Full Refunds: Full refunds may be issued only if requested within 72 hours of the purchase date.
- Partial Refunds: Refunds requested after 72 hours will be processed on a pro-rata basis, considering the subscription’s used period.
3. Payment Processing Time
- If you paid using a credit card, refunds are typically processed and returned to your bank account within 15 to 20 working days.
- In rare cases, refund processing may take up to 90 days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that Zest IPTV is not responsible for these delays, as we are the IPTV service provider and not the payment processor.

Refunds will only be issued for purchases made within the last 72 hours. Requests for refunds on older purchases will be processed as partial refunds based on the remaining subscription period.
